Service and Support

Carry In: When your item is dropped off for a diagnostic, we collect our diagnostic/bench fee up front. We will then diagnose and estimate your item and if you approve the repair estimate, we will apply the diagnostic/bench fee that you paid towards the total repair cost. Carry in service is usually recommended for televisions that have intermittent or difficult to diagnose symptoms and is required for all audio equipment. Most units that are dropped off for service are diagnosed at the component level in order to keep repair costs down. If an item is designed to be repaired at the board level, we will make an attempt to repair it at the component level, but depending on what the problem is we then have to estimate it at the board level.

In-home/Onsite: We provide this service primarily for televisions and monitors that are 42" and larger due to the difficulty of transporting them. Most onsite repairs are done at the board level since this is the fastest way to complete a repair. If possible, we will make an attempt to do component level repairs on items that are designed to make that option feasible.

If you would like to schedule a service call, or obtain more information about a service call for your equipment, please write down the complete model number and serial number as it will help us to isolate the problem and identify what costs will be involved in a repair.

Pick-up and delivery: We will provide on a limited basis, pickup and delivery of items to be brought in for service. Generally this is offered to customers who have items that require them to be brought in for service but are unable to transport them. The only customer items we can offer this service for is on 42" and larger flat panel and rear projection units. There is an extra fee that is applied for this service that is dependent on the size and location of your item which usually ranges between $60 and $80. This service is only available to customers within Leon County.

Commercial Service: We provide on-site and pickup service for commercial customers who have one or multiple items for service. This service applies only to businesses, state and local agencies and schools. Most commercial items will be picked up and brought to our shop for service as this is the most efficient way to repair some of these items. In some cases where it is determined that we can repair your unit on site, we will make arrangements for that when you call in your service request. For state agencies, we do accept Purchase Orders.
